NurtureCloud is the name for our Group’s internally developed "business operating system". Our vision is for NurtureCloud to be the single platform that you use to transact property and run your agency. Today though, the first module released is focused on the start of the property journey that is related to "Prospecting". With this module you will find that NurtureCloud is a habit forming software that allows agents to better nurture and build better relationships with potential sellers in their suburbs. Packed with insights, intent, and automation, NurtureCloud increases the ability of an agent to speak to the right clients at the right time and secure more listings.

The basis of this program consists of digital nurturing, calls and tasks, as well as data insights that will increase your chances of listing and selling homes in your area. VaultRE is a CRM which has the capability of listing, selling and transacting property but cannot provide the same level of automation and workflows we will be able to achieve within NurtureCloud. The combined use of these  systems, allows you to better nurture your clients in a focused environment built for this purpose (NurtureCloud) and once you secure their business, move them into a platform that allows you to market and sell their home with the assistance of your administrative team (VaultRE).

Lead scores are given to each of your contacts based on the relationship you have built with the client and your understanding of their property needs. Lead scores have call cycle reminders attributed to them with the frequency being based on how often you should be speaking to a contact, to ensure you are speaking to the right clients at the right time to be the agent who lists and sells their home.

By definition, this means an inclination or natural tendency to behave in a particular way. NurtureCloud uses propensity to measure your clients next steps. Our integrations with ActivePipe and Domain’s LeadMinor also assist in feeding interactions and intent to the platform so that we can score the prospective client based on these activities and present them to you on the smart call list at an opportune time.

Firstly, Vault syncs all of your geodata (properties with owners attached) to NurtureCloud. This includes all properties and all owners attached to each record that you are assigned to. The system also syncs:

  • The notes you have added to the property owner contact file
  • Past appraisal dates
  • Communication preferences (DNC & unsubscribe)
  • OFI enquiries & attendees

Firstly, any new prospects that you add to NurtureCloud will also appear in VaultRE which will be assigned to you. The system also syncs:

  • Completed appraisals
  • Interactions (logged calls) and other notes you’ve added
  • Reassigning data to an agent in NurtureCloud will also reassign it in VaultREHow many emails are sent from NurtureCloud?

NurtureCloud sends one email every Tuesday to your database which includes suburb stats for their area with listings, sales and auction results. There is also a property report request button which allows your contacts to interact with a live report specific to their home and suburb. The interaction with this report comes back to you as a call reminder to ensure you can capitalise on their interest immediately.

NurtureCloud is primarily used on the mobile app (both iOS and Android) however there is also a web application which can be used and has some enhanced features and functions only accessible by a website application. Each user may choose to use one or the other more however there are little differences in the functions available.

Think of a phase as a part of the workflow journey your client goes through. Starting as a prospect moving into the appraisal phase through to listing and completion of the campaign (sold). 

The phase will automatically update as the property moves through the prospecting and listing process.

At this stage, the vendor portal is not active however we are working toward releasing this and some other exciting tools soon!

Buyers are syncing to NurtureCloud because we are pulling through this information in preparation for future functionality. It also allows these contacts to receive your weekly reports whereby they can interact and provide information to us, such as if they are themselves a homeowner which will change the basis of the relationship you will build with them. Buyers will appear in NurtureCloud as "unknown" data lead score and will also appear buyers against the properties they've enquired on or visited.

Not yet, but we're working on it! You can however manually log an incoming call by logging a call interaction either in the mobile or web app.

When working with Concierge, these team members will appear as Sales Associates in your database and reporting.  The name format will be “First Name Last initial”

If a team member appears that you don’t recognise in this list, it could be the Concierge database.  If you are still not sure, this should be escalated to supportdesk@raywhite.com

If you can’t make a call from the app, or receive an error message, there are a few things you can do.  Try resetting the phone number to remove the spaces, to do this:

  1. After finding the contact, select the radio button on the top right, and select edit.
  2. Adjust the phone number to remove the space and save.
