3 Weeks to Go
If you fail to plan, you’re planning to fail.
Ease into training with prep work to ensure game day goes as smoothly as possible.
To do this week:
- Make sure your database is clean
- Login to NurtureCloud
- Familiarise yourself with your Smart Call list and review the lead score
- Ensure all your contacts appearing have an address. If they don’t, give the owner a call to verify their information or move them to the “database” so they won’t appear in the call list
- Study your smart call list tags – a measure of propensity
- Click through to a call, and click the information icon to see more about the propensity that’s surfaced for the prospect
- Prepare your team if you’re going to delegate calls. Run through the game day plan with your associate or Concierge
2 Weeks to go
Iron out the kinks and improve speed
Practice makes perfect! This week brings a diverse range of practice, so you can look forward to showing up on game day.
To do this week:
- Ensure you clear your Smart Call lists and overdue calls daily
- Do your magic 50 in the lead-up to game day
- Practice lodging appraisals in NurtureCloud:
- After the call, select “Log”
- Enter a note and update the lead score
- Click “More Actions” in the top right
- To book an appraisal time with the client, click “Add Appointment” and follow the steps to book either a face-to-face or desktop appraisal
- To set a reminder or to alert a lead agent to call the owner to book an appraisal appointment click “Request Appraisal”
1 Week to go
Time to warm up the voice and build endurance.
You’ll spend most of REOO on the phone, it’s important to do vocal exercises and build endurance to make it through the whole day.
That’s why making calls and practising with the prepared Real Estate of Origin scripts and dialogues will help you make a PB on the day!

Game Day
You’ve made it. Call confidently today and use what you’ve learned over training. You’re ready to pick up the phone.
Tips for the day:
- Arrive early to warm up
- Know your SmartCall list for the day
- Touch base with your team to ensure they’re all ready to go and be sure to stretch your muscles
- Stay hydrated – keep those vocal cords relaxed
- Know and visualise your goals
- Be confident you can achieve your goals
- When you’re starting to get phone fatigue, this is your opportunity to book a month’s worth of appraisals in a few hours. This really set you up for spring!
The day comes down to the wire, so be sure to keep logging appraisals until the last minute for a chance to win it!
